CASE UPDATE: Two Waller County defendants receive life in prison sentences in two different cases in the past two weeks.

The defendant previously reported on below and convicted by a jury in February has just been sentenced to life in prison by the Honorable Gary Chaney, Judge of the 506th Judicial District Court. The bottom-line is DON’T HAVE SEX WITH CHILDREN!

(Victim who is now an adult has requested the identity of the perpetrator be withheld for the victim’s own privacy.)On Thursday, February 24th, a jury of 12 men and women in the 506th Judicial District Court of Waller County, Texas returned a guilty verdict against a 33 year old Hempstead man for the felony offense of Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child under the age of 14. The defendant has elected to be sentenced by the Honorable Gary Chaney, Judge of the 506th Judicial Court later this spring. He faces a minimum of 25 years in prison, up to life in prison.
