Life in Prison for Kidnapper
On April 29, 2022, 38 year old Jose Clinton Santos was sentenced to life in prison for a 2018 Aggravated Kidnapping that occurred in Waller County, Texas. Jose Santos is a habitual offender having prior felony convictions. His minimum punishment would have been 25 years in prison upon being found guilty. On April 28, 2022, after a four day trial, a Waller County jury in the 506th Judicial District Court found Santos guilty of the crime. The Waller County District Attorney’s Office was represented by prosecutors Melissa Hudspeth and Sean Whittmore.
