Hempstead Man Convicted of Indecent Exposure

Christopher Jessie, 35, of Hempstead was convicted by a Waller County Jury in the Waller County Court at Law on March 8, 2022 of the offense of Indecent Exposure. Jessie was alleged to have committed an indecent act while exposing himself on a public roadway in the City of Hempstead. On March 9, 2022 the Honorable Carol Chaney, Judge of the County Court at Law of Waller County, Texas imposed the maximum sentence in the case of 6 months confinement in the Waller County Jail. The District Attorney’s Office was represented by Kristen Lichfield and Tiffany Bradshaw. The case was investigated by the City of Hempstead Police Department.
