Former Waller-Harris Emergency Services District 200 Employee Miki Ellis Indicted

Miki Ellis, former bookkeeper of Waller-Harris ESD was indicted by a Waller County grand jury on February 24, 2023 on a felony charge of theft from the ESD in an amount of more than $30,000.00 but less than $150,000.00 and other felony charges related to falsification of documents. She has been arrested and the case is pending in the 506th Judicial District Court of Waller County.
