D.A. announces addition of Investigator Rachel Hillsman Valis

Waller County District Attorney Elton R. Mathis swore in Rachel Hillsman Valis this morning as the newest Waller County District Attorney Investigator. Rachel grew up in the Brookshire/Pattison area and is bringing her knowledge of Waller County to the office as our investigator focused on assisting in sexual assault and child abuse cases all across the county. We appreciate that Waller County Judge Duhon and all of the County Commissioners saw the need for this position and chose to dedicate much needed resources to combat these atrocious crimes.
